All our chefs are authentic Indian Chefs and trained to the best of qualities. Our chefs prepare all the foods as it is Ordered so you can count on it being fresh when it reaches you. If you see some thing on our menu that you like but would like it to have a bit more of a kick, just let us know and we will make it to suit your taste.
